Returns & Exchanges
Please read below carefully. Once a purchase has been made, you will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms.
All discounted purchases, purchased on sale or using a promotional code for discounted price or shipping cannot be returned or exchanged.
RETURN POLICY
We hope you love your XANTHE pieces, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer store credit for unworn items that are sent back within 30 days of receiving your order. Store Credit will not be given on your original cost of shipping. Return shipping is to be covered by the client, OR will be deducted from your issued credit amount. Returned merchandise should be accompanied with the original packaging and must not show any signs of wear.
To request a return, email xanthehouseofjewelry@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item(s) and please include EXCHANGE REQUEST and your order # in the subject line. Please allow up to 72 business hours for our team to get back to you with next steps.
Once we receive the return to our warehouse in the required conditions, we will issue you an online credit code via email for the amount of the item being exchanged (minus return shipping- if not prepaid by customer), which can be used immediately to place a new order exclusively on xanthehouseofjewelry.com. Please allow up to 72 business hours after your parcel arrives to our office for your returned item to be processed and the site credit issued.
Site credit codes are non refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash and expire one year from activation. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.
XANTHE reserves the right to refuse a return on any items received back in unsatisfactory condition.
DAMAGED GOODS
We inspect all merchandise before packing and sending, however if for some reason your item arrives damaged, please email xanthehouseofjewelry@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order #. Items received damaged will be handled on a case by case basis.
XANTHE HOUSE OF JEWELRY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR NATURAL WEAR. WE STAND BY OUR PRODUCTS AND OUR QUALITY.

Please note that the product must be returned unused, complete and in original packaging. Failure to comply with this request will result in rejection of the credit.
